Job Description

The Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative responsible for interacting with potential and existing residents on behalf of FPI. This includes assisting with property viewings, providing accurate information about apartments, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements from qualified individuals, and assisting with lease renewals. All duties are to be conducted in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies, supporting the overall goal of meeting client expectations based on financial and management objectives.

Pay Range

Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Carry out owner philosophies and ensure client objectives are met.
• Communication: Maintain positive and professional communication with applicants, residents, vendors, and guests.
• Leasing & Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, exhibit professional leasing techniques, assist with marketing strategies, and promote resident retention.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain resident files, ensure confidentiality, and assist in reporting.
• Risk Management: Ensure compliance with safety and risk procedures, report incidents promptly.
• Facility Maintenance: Report and monitor maintenance needs, ensuring timely completion.
• Other Duties: Enforce community rules, adhere to laws and policies, promote a professional image, complete training, and perform additional tasks as directed.
