Role Overview

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Property leasing and administration
• Regular onsite attendance
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; conduct tours and sign leases
• Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain leasing data
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turnovers
• Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours
• Implement marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Handle resident concerns and develop retention programs
• Assist in property marketing and outreach activities
• Maintain excellent customer service and resident relations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Physical Requirements

Must be able to move about, communicate effectively, and perform tasks requiring physical effort, including lifting up to 25 lbs., working in various environments and conditions, and working overtime or weekends as needed.

Asset Living offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including benefits, 401K with employer match, bonuses, and paid time off. Salary range: $16 - $18 per hour.
