  • Unlock your earning potential with an expected total annual compensation ranging from $67,500to $112,000+ featuring a competitive base salary of $17to $19per hour, and high volume, lucrativecommission opportunities. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
    • Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
      • Longer lease term:18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
      • Higher rent rate unit:Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
      • Exceeding monthly goal:Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease

    • Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.

The Location: Just 24 miles from Manchester and 40 miles from Boston and Logan International Airport.Nothing is out of reach, less than a 15-minute drive to Fairgrounds Middle School and Nashua High School South, plus have easy access to the Everett Turnpike, just a 2-minute from home.

What You Will Do

  • Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your unique communityand to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
  • Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassingmonthly leasing goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creatingmoments that matter at every opportunity.
  • Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
  • Contribute to community marketing efforts.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations

What You Have

  • 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).

  • Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
