Job summary

BG Staffing, Inc. is seeking experienced Leasing Consultants in Missouri for on-site apartments. Earn $22/hour with weekly pay and access opportunities including temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire roles.

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability with proven lease-closing track record.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes and lease units to prospective residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and build resident relationships.
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist in daily office operations.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
• Assist residents with concerns and submit service requests.
