Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We are GoldOller! We are seeking initiative-taking, experienced, and personable Leasing Consultants to join our team. This role offers the potential to earn over $1,000 in commissions per month and includes benefits such as a 20% rent discount and a convenient commute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to potential residents' inquiries via various platforms.
2. Show available apartment homes, answer questions, and finalize lease terms.
3. Set resident expectations regarding deposits, rent procedures, and amenities.
4. Prepare background checks, reference letters, rental history, income verification, and lease applications.
5. Execute lease terms and address tenant defaults appropriately.
6. Maximize occupancy through sales techniques and customer service.
7. Assist with community advertising and maintain online postings.
8. Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and partners.

Essential Requirements:

1. Minimum of one year experience in leasing, customer service, or related fields; multifamily housing preferred.
2. Availability to work weekends.
3. Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
4. National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
6. Bilingual abilities are preferred.
