RAM Partners LLC in Florida is seeking a leasing consultant who uses customer service to connect with prospective residents, identify wants and needs, and secure leases. The role emphasizes effective communication, relationship-building, and handling inquiries, with opportunities to participate in a variety of community activities and responsibilities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Prior leasing experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
