Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to connect with future residents, identify needs, and secure lease agreements at one of its communities. You will showcase the property’s unique features, coordinate with prospects, and help residents feel at home. RAM offers competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training in a fast-paced, friendly environment. A valid license and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community and highlight its features.
• Communicate effectively with prospective residents to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource to residents and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.

Compensation:

$18 to $20 per hour + $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment

Requirements

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
