Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing, sales, hospitality, or strong customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through—leads should never slip through the cracks.
• Comfort with technology and quick to learn property management software (Yardi).
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws (training provided).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents through model and available apartments.
• Follow up with every lead via phone, email, and text—promptly and consistently.
• Process rental applications, run background and credit screenings, and verify income.
• Prepare lease documents and conduct lease signings in compliance with Fair Housing standards.
• Coordinate move-ins to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Manage renewals and support resident retention initiatives.
• Participate in marketing and outreach (events, partnerships, social media).
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units.
• Use Yardi for daily tasks.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally.

You'll be the first impression for every prospective resident — giving tours, answering questions, processing applications, and helping people find their next home. Requirements

What We're Looking For
