Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Village at Bellaire in Houston, TX. The role focuses on implementing leasing and marketing programs, promoting the community image, and supporting resident programs and retention.

You will tour properties with prospective residents, process lease applications, collect rents, and assist management in retention initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community and process lease applications.
• Type up leases and related paperwork.
• Plan and attend resident functions.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
