Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Hilliard, OH to welcome visitors, present communities, and guide prospective residents through tours and applications.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service, handle renewals, and support our values-driven culture, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service, strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community, model home choices, and the resident living experience.
• Close sales of available units and positively impact revenue at the site.
• Take prospective residents on luxury apartment home tours.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewals processes.
• Follow up on resident questions and support customer service efforts at the community.
• Maintain tour paths and assist with grounds and site cleanliness.

The Property Management team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose.

Who You Are

• Provides potential residents with information about the community, model home choices, and the resident living experience.
• Brings sales-focused energy to the leasing environment to effectively close sale of available units, positively impact revenue generation at the site.
• Takes prospective residents on luxury apartment home tours.
• Assists with new lease applications and related processes and coordinates the renewal lease process for current residents.
• Follows up on resident questions and concerns and supports and assists all customer service efforts at the community.
• Support the aesthetics of the community by maintaining tour paths, and assisting with the upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring

• High school degree or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork skills, strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations required.
• Ability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Saturday and Sunday availability schedule is Friday-Tuesday.
