Responsible for leasing apartments, including prospect calls, clerical duties, and supporting office staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lease apartments at the highest effective rent while maintaining excellent customer service.
2. Maintain a courteous attitude and respond promptly to resident requests.
3. Explain community policies and lease documents accurately and timely.
4. Maintain resident files and input data into the system accurately.
5. Develop resident retention programs and assist in apartment inspections.
6. Stay informed about community and area facts, and assist with market surveys.
7. Greet new residents and assist with move-ins.
8. Qualify potential residents and show available units.
9. Participate in community events and obtain Leasing Specialist certification.
10. Travel as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to read/write English, work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
