Schochet Country Glen Apartments in Groton, CT is seeking a Leasing Consultant to present available units, process move-ins, and conduct resident orientations. You will help develop sales and marketing strategies while staying informed about competitors and current offerings.

Responsibilities

• Show available apartment units to prospective residents and process move-ins.
• Conduct resident orientations and unit inspections.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings and competitors.
• Prepare brochures and marketing materials for potential renters.
• Support the Property Manager with office tasks such as answering phones, filing, creating newsletters, logging maintenance issues, and assisting residents.
• Handle paperwork for prospective and current residents.
