Job summary

Summit Property Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant for a beautiful community in Kingwood, Houston, TX. The role focuses on qualifying prospects, showing apartments, and coordinating tour logistics as part of our onsite team.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year leasing experience, strong customer service, and bilingual Spanish skills. Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations are pluses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• One-Site experience preferred and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
