Job summary

OneWall Communities in Houston is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to greet prospects, tour communities, close leases, and process applications efficiently while maintaining relations with residents and owners. The role emphasizes occupancy growth and accurate record-keeping across community features and pricing.

You will drive leasing activities, oversee new resident orientation, assist with rent collection, and collaborate with the property management team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and leasing experience required.
• Excellent customer relations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and community software.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, and following up with prospects.
• Assist apartment complexes with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Maintain current information on all aspects of a community including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing.
• Responsible for the oversight and coordination of the orientation of new residents.
• Assist property management team with rent collection as needed.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday schedule.
