• Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives.
• Complete market surveys.
• Complete monthly training.
• All duties as assigned.

• Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community

• Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic

• Assist prospects in applying online

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• Possesses superior customer service attitude
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• One‑Site experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Physical Demands

The job is predominantly sedentary but involves mobility (climbing stairs, squatting), sitting, walking, standing for prolonged periods, stooping briefly, and repetitive hand/wrist motions using a computer.
