Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective residents, present communities, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms to achieve high occupancy and quality resident mix.

You will respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and collaborate with the Property Manager to uphold fair housing, company policies, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office software.
• Familiarity with property management software and online marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants and respond to inquiries.
• Provide information about available properties and conduct property tours.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
