Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, promote available properties, and negotiate lease terms for a smooth leasing process.

You will market properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, and ensure high occupancy while maintaining resident relations. Strong communication, sales skills, and knowledge of property management software are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Word and Office products.
• Knowledge of internet, email, and social media for marketing.
• Familiarity with property management software (Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work under stress.
• Able to work independently or in a team; flexible to evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants; provide leasing information.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins for smooth occupancy.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email; set appointments.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
