Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Cameron Run in East Point, GA. This full-time, hourly role pays $19.00–$22.00 per hour and includes monthly leasing commissions, renewal commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

You will welcome prospects, conduct engaging apartment tours, follow up on leads, and help maintain high occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service and a professional, energetic presence.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Commissioned sales experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, organized, detail-oriented, with a sense of urgency.
• Weekend availability and ability to work a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and provide exceptional customer service from the first interaction.
• Conduct engaging apartment tours showcasing the community's lifestyle and value.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed leases.
• Meet and exceed monthly leasing goals.

What You'll Do

Welcome prospects and provide exceptional customer service from the very first interaction.

Conduct engaging apartment tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of our community.

Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into signed leases.

Meet and exceed monthly leasing goals.

Build rapport with prospective residents and confidently ask for the lease.

Process rental applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently.

Assist with resident renewals and help maximize resident retention.

Partner with the management team to maintain strong occupancy.

Contribute creative marketing ideas, outreach efforts, and resident events.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

What We're Looking For

Previous apartment leasing experience or a proven background in commissioned sales preferred.

A confident closer who isn't afraid to ask for the lease.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Positive, energetic personality with a strong sense of urgency.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Experience with Entrata or other property management software is a plus.
