Perennial Properties in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a new lease-up community in East Lake. You’ll welcome prospects, give tours, and convert leads into leases, while building lasting relationships with residents.

This role offers a high-energy culture, base plus commission, and a path to grow with ownership involvement, bonuses, and incentives. Ideal candidates bring leasing or sales experience and a proactive, personable approach.

We're currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for one of our newest communities, a lease-up property in East Lake.
