Job summary

Hilltop Residential in Austin, TX is seeking a Bilingual Part Time Leasing Consultant for Village at East Riverside. You will deliver excellent resident service, process applications, and maintain a friendly office environment.

The role requires at least 6 months in leasing, English/Spanish bilingual ability, weekend availability, and strong communication. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred to tour properties and complete leasing activities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in Student Housing or Conventional apartment leasing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in Student Housing or Conventional Apartment leasing experience preferred
• Outgoing, gregarious personality & an enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales
• Active knowledge of online Social Media and social presence avenues
• Proficiency in converting phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Must have excellent communication and people skills
• A passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Weekend Availability required
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
