Weinstein Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant at our Concord, NC community. You will be the first impression and voice of the property, guiding prospective residents through their leasing journey and building relationships with current residents and the team.

No prior leasing experience is required; training is provided. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative tasks, with opportunities for growth and development in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Bexley Village at Concord Mills

Pay:

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule:

Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Closed (Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team)
