Role Description

This full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role is based at Oakmont Senior Living in Clinton Township, MI. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for guiding prospective residents and their families through the leasing process, including conducting tours, explaining community services, and answering questions about pricing, policies, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, managing follow-ups, preparing and processing lease documents, and maintaining accurate records in leasing and resident management systems. The role also involves supporting resident retention efforts by providing attentive customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and collaborating with community staff to ensure a positive living experience. The Leasing Consultant works closely with the sales and operations teams to meet occupancy goals while upholding Oakmont’s standards of professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Experience with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate leasing documentation.
