Job Title: Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will showcase your customer service, marketing, and leasing talents, assist prospective residents in finding their new home, and perform various tasks to ensure our apartment community shines. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $20 per hour + Quarterly Incentives

Skills and Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in residential property management or strong customer service skills
• Ability to organize schedules according to priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Affordable Housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits or HUD is beneficial, but training will be provided for the right candidate
