Job Overview

Seeking an entry-level full-time Leasing Consultant to manage leasing activities at Bond on Mint. Responsibilities include greeting guests, showing units, processing applications, and maintaining community standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Greet all guests professionally and ensure high-quality customer service.
  2. Manage access to units and maintain model condition.
  3. Show units to prospects, follow up on traffic, and prepare lease documents.
  4. Assist prospects with applications, deposits, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
  5. Update availability reports, process approvals, and communicate with applicants.
  6. Coordinate move-ins, follow up on prospects, and assist with renewal programs.
  7. Open and maintain the leasing office, handle calls professionally, and ensure safety protocols.
  8. Maintain resident information and support marketing efforts, including social media updates and events.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma with two years of leasing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent leasing, closing, and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and community management software.
  • Ability to explain lease documents, sell property services, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, walk across the community, stand for long periods, and sit at a desk.
