The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities. Your role will involve providing exceptional service, conducting personalized tours, and helping residents find their ideal home. Weekend availability, especially Saturday, is required due to high traffic during this time.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver outstanding customer service to foster a sense of community and ensure a memorable experience for residents.
2. Utilize sales and marketing skills to promote the community through campaigns, outreach, and social media.
3. Follow up with prospective residents with tailored updates about floorplans, neighborhood amenities, and local hotspots.
4. Assist residents and colleagues in creating a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
