Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents.
• Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging.
• Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
• Collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to highlight what makes us stand out.
