Job summary

CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to be the first contact for prospective residents and to showcase communities.

You will guide applicants through the leasing process, answer questions, and provide tailored leasing solutions to convert inquiries into leases. The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills, with comfort in a team environment and experience with property management software such as Yardi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Property Tours: Conduct tours of the community and available apartments, highlighting features, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants by addressing inquiries, understanding needs, and providing tailored leasing solutions.
• Leasing Process: Guide potential residents through the leasing application process, including applications, background checks, and lease preparation through Yardi CRM.
• Promotional Activities: Assist in marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, resident events, and collaborations with local businesses to attract new residents.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings to communicate benefits of leasing with CRHMI.
• Resident Relations: Maintain positive relationships with current residents and encourage lease renewals and referrals.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and renewals using property management software; assist with managing the leasing office and other admin tasks.
