Job summary

JMC in Beverly, MA seeks a Leasing Consultant to learn the property management business and help secure the best residents for the property. You will assist with sales, marketing, and superior customer service, and handle lease administration and move-ins.

You will show apartments, explain pricing and terms, develop lease packages, and set and pursue sales goals through advertising, networking, and online presence. Excellent communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• You are an effective communicator with strong computer and customer service skills.
• You’re highly organized with excellent time management and a positive attitude.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience is required.

We’re looking for a leasing consultant who is eager to learn the property management business. You’ll help your team with sales and marketing and provide excellent customer service, all in the name of securing the best possible residents for the property. Along the way, you’ll handle lease administration duties and oversee move-ins.

Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Position pay range: $23 — $27.50 USD
