The core of this role is converting traffic into signed leases. You'll walk prospective residents through available apartments, explain pricing and lease terms clearly, and move applications through to approval. From there, you'll build lease packages and coordinate move-ins to make sure the process runs cleanly.

Marketing is part of the job too. You'll set leasing goals and work toward them through online advertising, social media, and networking. Maintaining curb appeal through regular property inspections is also on your plate. Once residents are in, you stay in contact with them throughout their tenancy.
