Job Description for Leasing Consultant at GoldOller

We are seeking an initiative-taking, experienced, and personable Leasing Consultant to join our team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. This full-time position offers a pay of $18 per hour, with the potential to earn over $1,000 in monthly commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to potential residents' inquiries via various platforms.
• Show available apartment homes, answer questions, and finalize lease terms.
• Set resident expectations regarding deposits, rent procedures, and amenities.
• Prepare background checks, reference letters, rental history, income verification, and lease applications.
• Execute lease agreements and manage default cases.
• Maximize occupancy through sales techniques and excellent customer service.
• Assist with community advertising and maintain online postings.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and partners.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of leasing or customer service experience; multifamily housing preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
