Job summary

MAXX Properties’ Oak Ridge Apartments in Aurora is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant who will be the first contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from tour to move‑in day.

You will conduct property tours, qualify applicants, coordinate move‑ins, and help maintain high occupancy with friendly, service-focused support.

Bilingual in Spanish is required; 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.

• At least 1 year of residential leasing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.

We’re seeking an energetic and service-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Oak Ridge Apartments in Aurora. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents—guiding them through the leasing process and helping them feel at home from their initial visit through move‑in day.
