Job summary
MAXX Properties’ Oak Ridge Apartments in Aurora is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant who will be the first contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from tour to move‑in day.
You will conduct property tours, qualify applicants, coordinate move‑ins, and help maintain high occupancy with friendly, service-focused support.
Bilingual in Spanish is required; 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of residential leasing experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting prospective residents
- Conducting property tours and showcasing available apartments
- Managing inquiries and generating leasing traffic
- Qualifying applicants and preparing lease agreements
- Coordinating move-ins and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts
