Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Webster Lake Apartments in Northglenn, CO. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and help create a welcoming home from their first visit through move-in day.

We value a proactive, customer-focused mindset and 1 year of residential leasing experience. Bilingual Spanish is required, with knowledge of Yardi being a plus. This role supports high occupancy and a positive community experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar PM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments.
• Manage inquiries and generate leasing traffic.
• Qualify applicants and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-ins and onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention.

We're seeking an energetic and service-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Webster Lake Apartments in Northglenn. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents - guiding them through the leasing process and helping them feel at home from their initial visit through move-in day.

What You'll Do
