MAXX Properties in Henderson, NV is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents and guide them from their first tour to move-in day, delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

You will handle traffic, qualify prospects, prepare leases, and support move-in paperwork while promoting resident retention. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; 1+ year leasing experience recommended.

• 1+ years of residential leasing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and organized.
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar software is preferred.

• Generating and handling traffic to properties.

Every day is a little different for our Leasing Consultants but the main responsibilities encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
