RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a leasing consultant in Memphis to connect with future residents, understand their needs, and secure lease agreements. You will leverage your customer service skills to showcase the community’s features and benefits.

This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and experience with leasing or Microsoft Office. The position offers benefits including PTO, holidays, health insurance, a 401(k) match, and development opportunities; weekend availability

Compensation

$20 to $22 per hour

We are looking for a leasing consultant who thrives on using their customer service skills to connect with future residents, identify their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Prior leasing experience preferred
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
