Job summary

Solhem Llc is seeking a Leasing Specialist to tour prospective residents, present the community and apartments, and respond promptly to inquiries. You will work with the Property Manager to close leads and help achieve occupancy goals.

You will assist with market research, social media content, and resident retention efforts, while maintaining property standards and delivering Solhem Hospitality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing apartments and conducting tours.
• Ability to professionally present communities and apartments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Close leads effectively with Property Manager input.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and occupancy goals.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments via in-person and virtual tours.
• Present community and apartments, highlighting features and policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Close touring leads with the Property Manager based on market conditions.
• Perform monthly market and ILS audits and collect data.
• Assist with social media content creation and events.
