Job summary

Dominium seeks a Leasing Consultant for The Mira, a 300-unit apartment community in Apopka, FL. The role blends customer service with sales, managing tours, applications, and resident outreach to support occupancy goals.

Responsibilities include presenting properties, following fair housing guidelines, and documenting interactions in Yardi PMS. Candidate should excel in communication, work well with diverse residents, and be capable of evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; Sales and/or other customer service experience preferred (hospitality/retail).
• Clear verbal and written communication; English proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse personalities professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases per standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours; inspect and refresh as needed.
