We are presently seeking a Leasing & Compliance Coordinator. This role is a vital link between property management, social services, and our residents. You will ensure that our housing portfolio remains in compliance with complex regulatory standards (Section 8, HASA, etc.) while facilitating intake and renewal processes. This role also requires a blend of high-level administrative precision, strong communication skills, and the ability to work empathetically with a diverse population in a supportive housing environment.
