Job summary

Titan Corp in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lease apartments, retain residents through outstanding customer service, and manage daily admin and financial duties for the community.

You will handle calls, conduct tours, schedule move-ins, verify applications, and prepare lease files while ensuring the property's appearance and adherence to procedures.

You will follow up with visitors within 24 hours and coordinate with the Community Director to maximize occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing properties to prospective residents and managing current residents.
• Familiarity with property management software (Knock, Onesite, AIRM).
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects.
• Schedule move-ins to minimize rent loss.
• Escort residents to apartments and amenity areas.
• Prepare lease paperwork and verify applications.
• Follow up with visitors within 24 hours.
• Inspect property daily for cleanliness and appearance.
