S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Washington, DC seeks an Assistant Community Manager for our 1 Hawaii community.

The role handles administrative duties, coordinates leasing activities, and acts as the Community Manager in their absence. This on-site position emphasizes reliable attendance and teamwork. You will ensure Fair Housing compliance, manage leasing tasks, coordinate maintenance, track resident relations, and support payroll administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May be supplemented by prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Performs tasks relating to leasing the property, such as showing units, preparing lease packets, running credit reports, and inspecting property after move-outs.
• Responds to telephone requests from residents and the public.
• Coordinates maintenance requests with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Supervises on-site personnel in the Community Manager’s absence.
• Other duties as assigned.
