You will manage inquiries across phone, email, chat and social channels, maintain accurate data in Yardi, and support marketing and resident engagement initiatives. Weekend availability and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable using property management systems and digital platforms (Yardi experience preferred).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consultative leasing experience from inquiry through move-in.
• Respond to and manage all prospect traffic (phone, email, chat, social media, in-person).
• Conduct property tours aligned with prospect needs and lifestyle preferences.
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data in property management and CRM systems.
• Achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Support marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
