Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide information on floorplans, availability, amenities and other pertinent information to help them decide if the community meets their housing needs.
• Obtain prospective leads information and follow up per company standards.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to lease signing and related paperwork.
• Understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and company rules.
• Contribute ideas on promotions, advertisements and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and post on blogs and social networks to promote the community.
• Assist with marketing materials and events such as housing fairs, signage, and campaigns.
• Maintain knowledge of rents, vacancies, lease expirations, and community metrics.
