Job summary

Hilltop Residential in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead tours, convert leads into leases, and guide residents through move-in with care. The role requires a minimum of 2 years leasing experience and supervisory exposure, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service.

You will coordinate with the leasing team, manage paperwork and applications, and contribute to resident satisfaction and retention while working a 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of conventional leasing experience.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales background is a plus.
• Active workday spent engaging with residents, touring apartments, and being visible.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression for prospective residents by conducting tours, converting leads into leases, processing applications, and guiding residents through move-in with genuine care.
• Coach on tours, closing techniques, and lease processing while assisting on the floor daily.
• Build relationships with current residents to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Track and support leasing goals and flag issues to the Community Director.
• Handle paperwork, inspections, and follow-through on commitments.
• Bring a team-first mindset and provide support as needed to meet community needs.
• Represent the property and brand with consistency and pride.
