Qualifications

• Experience in student housing or multifamily is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, delivering a strong first impression.
• Conduct property tours of model units, available apartments, and amenities.
• Convert leads into leases through effective closing techniques.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet inquiries promptly.
• Assist prospects with the online application and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data to support occupancy goals.
• Support resident relations and retention through proactive service.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections.
• Prepare and audit lease files and documentation for accuracy.
• Submit and track service requests as needed.
