Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for U Pointe on Speight in Waco, TX. You will assist with leasing, marketing events, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and parents while upholding ACC standards.

The role requires enrollment in a degree/certificate program and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position reports to the Resident Experience Manager and supports Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out activities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Able to work part-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and process leasing inquiries.
• Enter guest information into Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with marketing events and social media campaigns.
• Support Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
• Maintain showroom and guest cards.
• Coordinate with residents and parents.
