Responsibilities

• Close sales: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain show rooms, and complete prospect follow-up.
• Enter prospective resident information into the Salesforce leasing management system.
• Participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media initiatives and other community events.
• Plan and execute social media strategies and engage with resident communities.
