Bridge Property Management in Surprise, AZ is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in office operations, leasing performance, and resident relations. The role centers on achieving sales and service goals through teamwork and efficient process execution.

You will coach leasing staff, lease apartments, manage lead activity, handle renewals, move-ins/outs, and assist with month-end reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving community sales and collection goals.
• Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion.
• Lease apartments and manage lead activity.
• Support revenue growth and expense control.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and transfers.
• Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist with month-end reporting and close procedures.
• Coordinate resident events and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy.
