American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant for Lobo Village in Albuquerque, NM. The role supports leasing efforts, delivers excellent customer service to residents and parents, and helps manage events and community programs with a focus on safety and standards.

Qualificações

• A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university while in this position.

Responsabilidades

• Close sales: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain show rooms, and follow up with prospects.
• Abide by ACC policies and provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Work a structured administrative office shift weekly as determined by the supervisor, including evenings, weekdays, weekends, or holidays.
• Participate in on-call shifts; shifts may occur any time during day, evening, or overnight.
• Engage in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
• Give leasing tours and respond to leasing inquiries (phone and online).
• Complete guest cards for each prospective resident contact and input into the Salesforce system in a timely manner.
• Participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, and events; support renewal marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute social media content; engage with residents and target audiences.
• Represent the community positively and uphold safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Be available for scheduling during Turn and Move-In/Move-Out; assist with small repairs and tasks as needed.
• Escort vendors on site as required and ensure project completion.
