Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Leasing Associate for the Enclave team to be the first point of contact for prospective residents and guide applicants through the rental process with excellent service.

The role includes presenting homes, handling leases and payments, maintaining files, coordinating move-ins/outs, and supporting marketing and events. A valid driver’s license and strong office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Direct customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Office/administrative experience preferred.
• Residential leasing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial steps of leasing a rental home.
• Assist with special events at properties.

• Process monthly rent checks and deposits.

About the position..

The Leasing Associate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the rental process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. We are looking to fill this position with our Enclave team in Harrisburg, PA.

• Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home.
• Assists with special events held at the properties.
• Presents rental homes to prospects.
• Maintain general office and lease files.
• Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits.
• Provides resident follow up and retention.
• Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed.
• Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents.
• Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials.

Requirements

What we are looking for from you...

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Experience in direct customer service is required
• Min imum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent computer and typing skills required
• Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
