You will engage with prospective and current residents, showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience while maintaining professionalism and courtesy throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience required; hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with property management software; Yardi Voyager experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Schedule

Saturday - Wednesday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 9:50 am - 5 pm

Location

Sawyer Trail Apartments and Townhomes - 17412 44th Avenue East, Tacoma, WA, USA

What We Require

• A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
• Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
